If you haven’t read a Kristie Self book, then you are missing out. I am a fan of hers and her first series, The Ladies of Roderick Glen, was so well-written, with characters I wanted to return to again and again.
Now she has started a new series, The Hidden Bookshop. This first book, An Invitation for Imogen, was so mysterious, suspenseful, and witty. I loved the family hijinks that kept the story so lively and lovable.
