About

Rebecca Trump

Born in Tennessee, the heart of the Bible belt, it’s no surprise that I was a P.K., Preacher’s kid. Truth is both of my grandfathers, two of my uncles and two of my cousins have all been ministers as well. I heard the Gospel preached before I could talk.

Being in such a family, it was also not a surprise that I became a fourth-generation believer at the tender age of 8. I loved God and tried to follow Him as my family did. I realized just how much Jesus had become a part of who I am, and I wanted to be a light for Him were ever I went.

I married my husband, Jim, at 21 and we’ve been together for 35 years. He’s a jokester and I’m his favorite target. He keeps life engaging and full of laughter. We have three grown sons that the Lord blessed us with. My husband was an Airborne Army soldier. Our oldest son followed his footsteps and is active Army and, of course, Airborne as well. Needless to say, I’m a proud Army mom. I’m also a proud gaming design mom and a proud future-minister mom as well. Let’s face it, I’m a proud mom!

Having all boys, I went from being a girly girl, wearing dresses and heels more than not, to blue jeans and sneakers. Sports, which I was never good at, became a large part of our lives. Somewhere in the midst of it all, I became a hockey fan. Go Pittsburgh Penguins!! My husband often takes video of me as I watch the games and calls me the “Crazy Lady”. I’m just passionate. What’s wrong with that?! 😉
